COURSE DESCRIPTION
Our California Business Law course covers important areas of the law relating to California consumers and business persons. Because good examples make for good reading, we've chosen intriguing, yet relevant cases to stimulate the student's interest. We've also included numerous California Court Opinions edited down to the essentials. Another unique feature we include is the list of Critical Thinking Questions at the end of each case. They serve to challenge the reader's understanding of the key components of the case, and are designed to encourage discussion and stimulate thought.
