Our Real Estate Economics course raises the understanding of why some real estate goes up in value and some goes down. Introduction to economic analysis and policy within the real estate profession. All essential real estate concepts are highlighted for special emphasis. We've selected key topics and reinforced them in this way so that they jump off the page and stand out in your mind.

PREREQUISITES: None

TYPE OF COURSE:
The course is a home study course in book format taken at the student's convenience. Tests and quizzes are done online. The course is available 24 hours a day, seven days per week.
