Our approach to California Real Estate Law not only makes an excellent beginning Real Estate course, but also an essential review and reference book for buyers, sellers, and their agents. Our primary purpose is to provide the most current and comprehensive information to real estate brokers and salespersons, and to help students planning to take the California Real Estate Salesperson's or Broker's License Examinations.

PREREQUISITES: None

TYPE OF COURSE:
The course is a home study course in book format taken at the student's convenience. Tests and quizzes are done online. The course is available 24 hours a day, seven days per week.
